Cashew Chocolate Mousse

Level: Easy Serves: 2-4
What you need:
• 1 cup of soaked cashews (4 hours)
• ½ cup of fresh water
• 2 tablespoons of raw cacao powder
• 1 ½ tablespoons of honey or maple syrup
• 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• A pinch of Himalayan pink salt
How to make it: Drain the cashews and lend all the rest of the ingredients until you get a very smooth consistency. Serve with berries of your choice.
Tip: Add more water or honey if needed.
